Which key to hold while booting up to restore from a Time Machine back up ?

Insert a Restore or Installation DVD into the Mac and hold down "C" to boot from it.

Thanks for the reply.
I had an issue in the past and wanted to restore my computer and use the time machine, a friend told me to hold a key, I think the T or something. I forgot. That's what I am looking for actually
