Sometimes I take lots of photos and short videos and surf the net on the same day without access to a power source. My Galaxy Note PRO 12.2 with a 9500mAh internal battery can handle it. Which is the best portable, relatively small and lightweight external battery for the iPhone 6S Plus? I guess there are two types. One that provides very fast recharging of the internal battery and one provides external power source and charge the internal battery at the same time.

I use one of these. It's not that light, but it small enough to fit into a jacket pocket, and I always carry it with me on flights. It can charge an iPad Air from flat twice, and additionally an iPhone 6s (not tried plus) also twice from flat (that's 4 charges from this battery's single charge). So I would guess it may charge an iPhone 6s Plus at least 6 times, perhaps more.

It has 22,400 mAh.

Looks cheap. Maybe this is for your:

30000mAh Multi-Voltage and aluminum-body :)

You cannot go wrong with any of Anker products. They have a wide range of mAh capacity and also available on Amazon.
I've had success traveling with a Astro Mini - 3350mAh and a 1st Generation 3-Port 12000mAh. I use and abuse mine daily; on the couch, in my camelbak bag while MTBing, and if its not too hot outside I leave it in the car.
