getting a refund from Apple for Mac Pro 2009 8 core as it had many issues and had to take it back to the store 4 times in 3 months. UPS/TNT will be arranging collection in 1/2 days.

I want a Another Mac, my previous mac pro was:
8 core 2009 12GB ram 4870 2.6TB Space.

My Usage has changed:
Internet Browsing
Adium
Photoshop cs3
Aperture 2 & 3
Music & Videos (3000 Songs in Lossless + 100GB of HD Video)
Video Editing - Final Cut Express 5/Studio (when its released)

Other thing you might need to know:
The Mac will be on around 19 hours a day
I already have 24' 30' screen (1920x1200,2560x1600)
I already have a Macbook 2006.
I have a Fileserver with 2TB Space

Budget: £3500
would like to spend a lot less so i can have extra cash in the bank

So what Mac Am i & what extra should i buy?

the Imac 27" is tempting but the yellow issue is really putting me off.

Do you need portability? I would give 27" iMac a try, it's the second fastest Mac. Buy it in-store if you can so you can check the screen there before paying

i do not need portability,

if i was going for the imac I would want an upgrade i7 model so would have to buy on-line?, but i guess i could see if the imac 27" in-store exhibits the issue, and see if it would bug me

Some stores carry the i7 too, call or go and take a look.
