- Will be my main computer not hooked up to a display.

- Using 8+ hours a day, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, 50-100 emails, also entertainment, surfing, light video editing, no gaming.

- I prefer a large display but don't like to work from a desk which rules out an external monitor. Often I'll work from the kitchen table, in my den on lazy boy or couch ... rarely at my desk.

- I work from home, this computer won't leave the house.

- Price doesn't matter.

I don't see a poll, but I would vote for 15" MBP, hi-res (AG or glossy, whatever is your preference), and higher spec if money really isn't an issue, possibly an SSD.

My vote = 17"

The three key things you said besides usage were "won't be using an external monitor", "won't be leaving the house", and "money isn't an object". Those three plus your usage scream 17". Plenty of screen real estate to do what you need. Get yourself an SSD to boot from and 8GB RAM, from a third party my suggestion, and you'll have a beast. I'm considering getting the 17" even though I will be taking it around. What's an extra pound in my bag? I'm a man dammit!

You basically want a desktop replacement that you can use anywhere in the house so... definitely 17". You don't need the portability of the 15", you do need the bigger monitor, and if money is no object then why not go for the big boy?

I'd go with an upgraded 15 (just because the 17 would be too big for a lap computer, for me at least)

15 inch I feel will outnumber the rest. It lies between the extremely heavy (17) and very portable (13). 15 is the expected value.
