which mac pro to get now ?

My power mac dual G5 finally whacked out.. And im wanting to replace it.. I already have a mac pro 1,1 as a backup but I def want a more powerful machine... What's the best refurbed mac pro to get for video editing. Ive heard the 2009 ones are pretty great machines...

What is your budget and what are you computational needs?
Many seem to like the Mac Pro 4,1, for its ability to be flashed to a Mac Pro 5,1 and have better opportunities for upgrades.

I need something what will last me the next five years.. Something that can handle red files and fcpx, and put the latest mac os on.. which mac pro is that? I don't really care for the new one even tho it looks amazing...
