Which macbook is good for UI/UX, Graphic Design?

I'm considering getting a new laptop for the kind of work that I plan on doing. Some people say I can even get by with an M1 Macbook Air to save money. But I would like to get more opinions on this, especially from those of you who are actual graphic, web, ui/ux designers. What would you recommend?

I plan on mostly using Adobe Photoshop, XD, Lightroom, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch, Blocs, Figma, and may do some coding in the future with html/css/javascript. May also use it for video editing but very minor. My main use will be for designing and maybe doing some frontend development.

I’d suggest an MBP with 16 or even 32 gb, if you have the dosh.
