8C/8C MBA because I wanted 512GB. Only $50 more than ordering the 7C with 512GB, and I could pick it up from the store same day.

I went all the way to the highest Air I could. 8 Core Air with 16GB of ram and a 2 TB hard drive. I had the student discount so the price wasn't as bad and I sold my 2019 Air. All around pretty happy with this machine.

I considered doing the same with the rationale that I would keep it a while. However...I know myself, and despite my intentions now I know I’ll probably make a change sooner rather than later. Ended up going with the base 👍
