Which machine is better?

Just wanted your guys opinions on what machine you guys think is better. Both 15" MacBook Pros.

2.4 GHz Core 2 Duo
4 GB Ram
250 GB HD
9600M GT + 9400M
ExpressCard

or

2.53 GHz Core 2 Duo
4 GB RAM
250 GB HD
9400M
SD Slot
Built-in battery

If price was equal, which machine would YOU rather have?

The latter, solely because of battery. The processor is negligible and the video card, while I don't know, it makes a difference depending on what you are doing.

The first one is better if you plan on gaming or using FCP, etc.

Second one is best you are doing some Photoshop and resolution work.

Id choose the first one because the extra battery life and sd card slot aren't worth as much to me as the 9600 graphics card.

It really does depend on what you are using the machine for. Some features will have greater value to you if you have a need for them. Absolutely all other things being equal, go with the newer - it will hold value longer.
