Which MacOS for my late 2013 upgraded iMac please?

Please can anyone help me decide which macOS is suitable for my iMac. I haven't upgraded it for some years but I am ready to do so now. I looked to see what OS is supported but could only find information for standard specification. This is my system hardware, so any guidance would be much appreciated.

iMac 27 inch late 22013

Processor 3.5gGHz Intel Core i7
16GB 1500 MHz DDR3
