Which MBP is good to run VMWare for window7 and Windows server 2008

I am planning to get the new 2011 MBP, Not sure which models accomodate my needs. I Eventually want to run Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 on the MBP.

13-inch 2.7GHz dual-core Intel Core i7 processor
15-inch 2.0GHz quad-core Intel Core i7 processor
15-inch 2.2GHz quad-core Intel Core i7 processor

Please advise.
