¿Which MBP to keep and which to sell?

Hello,

I need some opinions for the situation I'm facing right now, I would appreciate any help. As background information, I do music production in both OS X Mavericks and Windows 8.1 via bootcamp, I also do gaming like FIFA 14 or Call Of Duty games, the rest is usual stuff like web browsing, Office and iTunes.

In this moment, I own two MacBook Pro machines, and because of hard financial situation I need to sell one or the other, so I need opinions on which one to keep and which one to sell, I've had a really hard time trying to decide because each one of the computers have great different advantages, below the global specs:

1) MacBook Pro 15" Late 2011

- Quad-Core i7 Sandy Bridge (2nd gen) 2.2 Ghz Turbo Boost up to 3.1 Ghz
- 8GB 1333 Mhz ram
- 512GB Flash SATA II 6Gbps SSD (OCZ Agility 4)
- 1440x900 resolution (Non-Retina)
- Intel HD 3000 Graphics + AMD Radeon 6750M 512MB Graphics
- Thunderbolt 1 + USB 2.0
- WiFi n
- Thicker and much heavy.

2) MacBook Pro 13" Late 2013

- Dual-Core i5 Haswell (4th gen) 2.4 Ghz Turbo Boost up to 2.9 Ghz
- 8GB 1600 Mhz ram
- 256GB Flash PCIe SSD (Twice as fast as the other MBP to have in mind)
- 2560x1600 resolution (Retina)
- Intel Iris 5100 Graphics
- Thunderbolt 2 + USB 3.0 + HDMI
- WiFi ac
- Lighter and slim.

There is a third option too, selling my iPad Air 32GB which I use a lot on the go and keep both MBP's, but I don't like this option that much.

Assuming you can sell any of the two MBP's for the same price and you are in my same situation, which one would you keep?

Sell the 2013. The 2011 is a much faster machine, has more workspace (1440x900 where the Retina is 1280x800 in pixel perfect 2x mode), more storage, better graphics.
Also the money you get for the 2013 will be much better as it is probably under warranty.

I'd sell the 2013 too....the older Mac suits what you do way better, not only that but because the other is a newer more up to date machine, you will get a better resale value on it.

I'd hold on to that IPad....I'd be lost without mine.
