Hi, there are so many microfibre cloths with different thickness and sizes on the market. For the low tolerance between the MBP 16" screen and keyboard, which product do you recommend?

Just about any should work, though I prefer the thicker ones, just easier to use. The cloth won't directly scratch, it's the dirt on the cloth you have to keep in mind.

Are you asking about a microfiber cloth to place between your screen and keyboard or one to clean your computer? If the former, I recommend getting the thinnest possible. I found someone on amazon that were the same thickness as he lens cleaning cloths and this has worked well.

For microfiber cleaning cloth, I use the ones from Whoosh along with their cleaner and it seems to work well.

If you absolutely must, you can use the sheet that came with it. I would not use any aftermarket cloth if you care about the laptop.
