Which Monitor to go for - Talk to me!!!

Purchased new Mac Pro (2.66 - Nehalem)... Don't want to go as big as the 30" ACD and don't want a Glossy 24" ACD... what good Matte Display options are out there.

I'm not sure about matte options, but you could check out Dell?

HP LP2475w and Dell U2410 are both H-IPS 24" displays for around $500. The HP is probably the better buy as the Dells have had some issues as they are pretty new and need a revision. After that you are looking at the NEC 2490WUXi, which goes for around $1,000.

I have the older 23" ACD. If you can find a good price on them, they are great monitors.

The newer dell 2410 or the older 2409 would be a good, if not better decision. Many inputs, usb port and a card reader built in.

The Lacie 324 is a very nice 24 inch matte display for around $850-$900. Great picture.
