Hey. I’m just curious to know when leaning your wrists to type on the new MacBook Pro 14 and 16” which is the most comfortable?

I don't think you're going to see a big enough difference between the two to deem one more comfortable. Although I don't have a 16 inch, I had a 2015 15 inch and went with the 14 inch this time around. Surprisingly, I actually enjoy the new keyboard more than I did the old one and it's more pleasant to type on generally speaking.

The surface area that you can rest your wrists on is larger on the 16 for sure, but in reality - how much of your wrist ACTUALLY wrests on that area when you're typing.

I don't know about the 16" but my 14" is great on my lap. I almost never use it on a desk, so I cannot tell. I had an Intel based 16" MacBook Pro and it was not as good on the lap as the 14".
Both laptops though have very good keyboards and you will be happy with them.

The 13" MacBook Pro is just a tad too small for my wrist to sit at the palm rest area, every time I want to type a bit longer than 1 min my left wrist would feel being pressed on a hard corner and causes discomfort, something I didn't pay any attention at all during my 14-day return window. 14" doesn't fare any better there. so I might be forced to go for 16" even though my current and maybe future use case doesn't involve using powerful hardware in M1 Pro/Max.

Total personal preference. I purchased the 14" and 16" MacBook Pro's and was only going to keep one of them. I have always used the 15/16" and wanted to see if the 14" would be a good fit for me. I didn't like it at all and returned it. I'm happy with my 16"
