My cousin wants a “new” laptop for light web browsing and office work, but the ability to drive two external monitors. Something she can throw in her bag but dock into two monitors at home.
I am torn with what to recommend her. She wants cheap which is where the year comes in.
She wants small so I’m thinking 13 inch Air or MBP. But as her needs are low, what is a good recommendation. She mentioned docking stations but I haven’t seen too many options that are reliable or options they are so expensive it bumps up the cost to the point that a more expensive model would make sense at that point.
