Do you have any special requirements? All three are TN panels and likely the same one with a different model number and bezel. If you're not interested in color accuracy and the like, I'd recommend a LED backlit display if it's within your budget.

in terms of all the color stuff i have no idea, i just want something that looks good when im watching some videos or reading some websites

Ok, yeah you'll be fine with a TN panel. If you find a LED display from samsung in your budget, go for it. Otherwise, there really isn't much difference between each model that I'm aware of.
 
Agreed. Nice monitor. Now go back and buy a second one.

I did 6 months ago. I bought two 24" Dells and connected them to my Mac Mini via HDMI. Best decision I've made in a while. Real nice. I often watch my SlingPlayer on one and do work on the other. :)
