Do you have any special requirements? All three are TN panels and likely the same one with a different model number and bezel. If you're not interested in color accuracy and the like, I'd recommend a LED backlit display if it's within your budget.

Ok, yeah you'll be fine with a TN panel. If you find a LED display from samsung in your budget, go for it. Otherwise, there really isn't much difference between each model that I'm aware of.

the led sounded interesting plus i loved the ultra thin look plus lower energy consumption is always a plus and 179.99 seemed like a decent bargain

I did 6 months ago. I bought two 24" Dells and connected them to my Mac Mini via HDMI. Best decision I've made in a while. Real nice. I often watch my SlingPlayer on one and do work on the other.
