Which one?? SDR-H20 vs DCR-SR32

I am looking for a camera that will be compatible with my macbook, and FCE4. Maximum of £300. Something with reasonable quality.

I have narrowed it down to these two:

Panasonic SDR-H32
Sony DCR-SR32

Any suggestions??

ick, hard drive cameras.

do you know how you're going to back up your footage and everything? i'd strongly recommend tape because you can just keep the tape for backup.
