Hi,

I am finally looking to buy a MAC book pro and cant decided which one to get between these two links.

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Apple-15-in...=UTF8&psc=1&smid=ARPQ0CT3YEHFH#productDetails

I believe the first one is late 2011 and the second is early 2012. The 2011 has a larger harddrive but other than that dont see much difference and wonder what would be my best bet?

Any advice or suggestions would be great.

Thanks,

Kieran

Second unit is an Ivy Bridge system, one-gen newer than the first which is Sandy Bridge. It betters the first by offering USB 3.0 (vs USB 2.0), faster GT650M dGPU(vs HD6750M), faster HD4000 iGPU (vs HD3000) and more efficient 22nm CPU (vs 32nm) so gets better battery life. It's the best bet.
