Hi

I want to order Macbook pro 13" via Apple store US today but really getting confused which one to go for

Refurbished MacBook Pro 2.3GHz dual-core Intel i5(released February 2011)

or New MacBook Pro 2.4GHz dual-core Intel i5 (released October 2011)

Price difference between two is around 250$ which can be used to buy extra Ram/SSD(if required) in case i go for Refurbished macbook.

Or the latest model will be better in longer run ?

My usgae will include normal tasks like browsing /emails/music playback etc

If you don't mind buying refurbished, go with the refurbished MBP. Adding an SSD and more RAM will benefit you a whole lot more than the .1GHz difference in CPU speed.
