Which one to buy?

I hope there wasn't thread like this before.

I don't know if I should buy white MacBook 2.4GHz or previous version of Blackbook (2.2GHz) + 2GB RAM. Here, in Czech Republic, 2.4GHz MacBook costs about $1950. Previous version of Blackbook costs $1925 + RAM is about $45.

That means the prices are almost same. Only differences are in processor (+0,2GHz in white MacBook), remote (with Blackbook) and of course color/material.

Any advices?

I'd get the 2.4 GHz one.

Get the new penryn based MB. And it runs cooler (=longer life) and
is about 10% faster.

Yeah, I'd go for the new penryn MB. Always better to be up to date. With such little price and performance difference though, might come down to wether you prefer the black or white.
