Which one?

Basically all i need to know is which one of these would be faster/better for internet, gaming, video editing, and burning cd's/movies.
etc..

Both for $1700:
15.4" MacBook Pro Intel Core 2 Duo 2.66GHz, 4GB RAM, 320GB Hard Drive, NVIDIA GeForce 9600MGT 256MB VR

--or--

15.4" MacBook Pro Intel Core i5 2.4GHz, 4GB RAM, 320GB Hard Drive, NVIDIA GeForce GT 330M 256MB


Both have same bus speed (1066mhz) and same L2 cache size (3mb)

I've heard of a few problems with the i5/i7 processors but they seem fairly uncommon. All opinions appreciated..thanks in advance

Definitely the new one! It's a lot faster, better battery and GPU auto-switching. That old one is 1529$ from refurb store. I would also get the hi res screen
