Which option is better?

If I am going to order the macbook pro 15", would it be better to order the 750GB @5400 rpm then do a optibay of 256GB SSD; or just order it with the 256 SSD then do the optibay with another harddrive?

I would get the one with HDD. Then when Lion comes out (with TRIM support) I would get Intel or Kingston SSD from Newegg - it'll ultimately cost you less.
