Which Outlook contact fields are supported on iPhone?

I'm currently trying to sort out my contacts list ready for the iphone. The current list is about 5 years old, and has been transferred from phone to phone over the years via IR/BT/Cables. so its quite a mess, with lots of unused/out-of-date/duplicates etc.

Just wondering which fields are supported on the iPhone?

Currently I'm using Mobile#, Home#, Busininess# and Email, are these all supported?

just got my iPhone (previously had a treo) and haver been able to find a way to sync the outlook field for IM name...is this possible?
