Which parts on the Mbp are easily user changeable ?

agreed RAM and Hard Drives are very easy to change, ive done this on many different makes and models of laptops over the years

Yes but you have many more options than just OWC on MBP RAM and HDDs/SSDs.

Thanks for the replys. Looks like I'll avoid the 4k bto option for the new Mbp and just upgrade on a need basis.

Where does everyone recommend getting ram from? I used Owc for my 08mp and haven't had problems.

For RAM - crucial.com and newegg are good.

For SSDs/HDDs - pick the model you want and find the best deal by shopping around.
