Which plan would you suggest me for iPhone 5

Can someone suggest me a plan prepaid or 2year contract that offers no more that 100minutes ( because I. Don't use it) about 500 texts, and I use a lot of data around 7gb a month. Got to be under 50$. And I don't need to be throttled at 4gb used

a friend of mine has simple mobile, a prepaid subsidiary of t-mobile. he gets unlimited everything for $50/month. he uses more than 5gb, and he tells me he has yet to be throttled for his usage. i am myself recently trying out t-mobile's $30 100 minute voice, unlimited text and data plan (throttled after 5gb). so far i'm impressed. if you can get by with less data, maybe this is the way to go.
