Which PowerMac card is this?

I have just seen a listing of a Graphite G4, with a video card I'm trying to identify.

The product number is not readable. But from the pictures, it:
- is an ATI card
- is an AGP card
- has DVI and VGA ports

Which card could this be?

I will assume it's a Mac card, and not a flashed PC card, as it was used in a professional video production setting.

But everymac says the Rage 128 Pro just had a VGA port, no DVI. The below page says no stock card had both VGA and DVI.

What graphics cards are provided by the Power Mac G4? Which have VGA, ADC, and/or DVI ports? What is the maximum supported resolution on a primary and secondary display?: EveryMac.com

So from a bit of googling I'm thinking it's a Radeon 7500 or a 8500, unless I'm missing something or there are other possible candidates?

But everymac says the Rage 128 Pro just had a VGA port, no DVI.

Their spec page for the Sawtooth says VGA and DVI. eg:

Aha! Conflicting information on Everymac! Yes this must be right and it's just a lowly Rage 128 Pro. Thanks a lot!
