Hi all,
I'm looking to buy a replacement projector from an old one that I've had for about 5 years (ie, they'll all be better then that one) as the bulb has gone. I don't have a TV at home as don't bother watching TV, only DVD's. Therefore I reckon a Projector is better value then a TV.

I was told to by a projector screen and a cheaper projector as they make a huge difference. Other then that, I want to spend as little as possible on it however there's no point in buying one that's just crap. What I was thinking is about 300-450 (Euro).

Just as a question, do they all have that thing where the projector isn't directly infront of the screen and they'll compensate rather then giving a skewed image?

Thanks a million all, much appreacated.

p.s, where's the best place to buy?
