Which RAM to buy?

I have a mid-2009 15" MBP with the stock 4 GB RAM. I'd like to upgrade to the max and understand 8 GB is all I can do. I've 2 choices of RAM

RAM is a commodity item any more. If it meets the specs, get whichever is cheapest.
