Which RAM to choose for 8gb to 16gb upgrade in Mid-2010 iMac

I've got a Mid-2010 iMac with 8gb RAM (2x4gb cards) and 2.93GHz quad core processor. I'm looking at putting two 4GB cards into the bottom slots to bring the total up to 16gb. I was looking at using Crucial's memory choice:

and going for the 8gb kit. Does anybody have any other suggestions, as I am looking at going for maximium performance, but think this is the best I can buy?

Instaling the RAM

Ok - I have bought the following product:

Do I just need to unscrew that bottom panel on my iMac and insert it in? Do I need to use any kind of earthing gear to stop it getting statically damaged, or is that not really an issue here?

When upgrading RAM, static shouldn't really be an issue (read that I never have)
