Hi Everyone,

When I read, I like to annotate and write notes. iBooks lets users highlight, look up words and type but no writing/hand recognition is available. I tried converting epub files to pdf files so I could open them up in iannotate or other programs but the conversion leaves the file too bare bones (no book cover, distorted pages etc).

Does anyone have any suggestions or know of any apps that can open epub files and allow the user to write?

I've played around with Bluefire Reader -- when I saw a lot of chatter about it -- but ultimately use the kindle app for my use-case. The description of the Bluefire Reader indicates it supports epub files though I can't confirm how well (if at all) it allows you to annotate.

I took a look at it.... but it doesn't look like you can hand write let alone annotate. Those are the features I need.
