Hi,
I'm looking for a Mac/Macbook for my desk which would allow me to connect two monitors. I recently bought an M1 Air and found out that it only supports 1 monitor. As the time of buying I had no desire to connect 2 monitors unfortunately. Also, no plans to add another $200 or so for the extra dockingstation + software installation to get it working on the M1 Air.

Use case: Video editing, office stuff
Condition: can be a used one / refurbished

What would you guys recommend me?

Thanks!

An M1 Mac mini... Even an older 2018 Intel mini but unless you wanted Windows I would go with M1 because it'll be faster and get more support in the future. It'll run two monitors and with so many ports you might not need a dock. I've seen them on the Apple refurbished store. Use caution with other refurbished sellers because you don't know what they did.
