Which Scheduling App? Must sync with Mac & PC.

I have to get a PC for my new job. So I need a scheduling app that is compatible with both Mac and PC (Windows 7). (A couple years ago, only Palm made something like this -- but, while the PC sync app worked great, the Mac app was buggy.)

The iPod Touch I have is a few years old -- model #A1213. Does this model work with the current iPod Touch and iPhone apps?

Which scheduling app would the people here suggest?

The app does NOT need to sync with Outlook nor Entourage -- it just needs to be able to easily sync the app on the iPod Touch with the same app on both a Mac and PC.

Mobileme works when it comes to syncing with both ical ur mac and outlook on ur pc ..and also syncs with your ipod touch..only problem is you'll need to subscribe for the service..

I use the Google calendar to sync my appointments between my work PC, my home Mac and ipod Touch.

Works great.
