I'm trying to get the SSD and HHD out of my 2009 MBP and 2008 MacBook.
Which screwdriver set would do the trick?

(As well, I would like to get into 2014 MBP as well to change the SSD with a better one)

Do what Brian says above.

I -think- the drivers you need are:
Phillips #00 (for screws on back)
Torx T-6 (for the "bosses" on the side of the drive itself)

Pentalobe P5 (1.2mm) for the bottom case on the 2014 and a T5 for the SSD screw on the logicboard.

The Amazon Choice - first one on the list seems to have everything you need for both machines. I have no idea why they refer to the T5 and T6 as pentalobe screwdrivers. Torx screws have 6 sides not 5.....

You mean this one?

I clicked my link again and this is the first thing that comes up:

Is the "Kaisi" one the one that you meant? For Kaisi a comment says: "The pentalobe screwdriver stripped after the 3rd screw of a Macbook. I wouldn't waste any money on this set."

Sure, for the 2014.
OP asked about older laptops:
2009 MBP and 2008 MacBook.
The Pentalobe didn't come into use on the MBP until the Retina in 2012, and was on the MBA for a couple years before that.

So what do you need for the 2009 and 2008 ones?

For an older MacBook Pro, I don't think you need "pentalobe" drivers.
You're going the wrong way on this.
