Which SD/expresscard readers work in Leopard?

So, I know of at least four models

amtron,
belkin,
sonnet,
sandisk

I believe all four work and all transfer at USB 2.0 speeds.

My last eSata Expresscard experience didn't go so well so is there a preferred SD/Expresscard 34 adaptor?

For instance are there any that let you boot from an SD card?
