Which ssd and ram should i buy for mbp mid 2010

Hi i bought a macbook pro in november 2010, just thought i'd like to upgrade it. I have been looking for a decent solid state drive (around 120gb) and 8gb of ram, i'm not sure about the compatibility issues though? can anyone suggest some good ssd's and ram please and thank-you

I installed an OCZ Agility 3 240GB in my MBP 2010 a few weeks ago and I love it. My friend had it installed in his a few months ago, and zero issues. (also loves it.)
