Which SSD for sub $150?

I Am looking to get the best SSD I Can for or under $140. Really don't want to go under 80gb. Any Ideas??

Its going in a Early 2008 MBP.

OCZ's Octane lineup was just announced. Hopefully the Indilinx controllers will not have the issues the Sandforce ones did. The prices are rather low per GB. We are almost at $1/GB.

Samsung and Crucial come close as well.

What size are you looking for? I've seen 128GB drives go on sale for around 150-160. One was the Crucial M4, which is a solid drive since the EFI update. The prices really fluctuate on Newegg, just keeping checking.
