Which SSD is fully supported by OS X?

Does the Samsung 470 has Trim in OS X? If not, which SSD does have?

Only Apple's SSDs do. You may be able to find them from eBay.

In some MBAs, Apple does in fact use Samsung SSDs. In other Macs and some MBAs the SSDs are from Toshiba. However, Apple uses a custom firmware so the SSDs with that firmware are not available from any retailers. For example the Samsung 470 which uses the same controller as the ones in MBAs doesn't have TRIM enabled in OS X without the hack due to different firmware.

Trim Hack 1.2 works fine with my Samsung 470 SSD/Lion. 2011 MBP 13.
