which store ships to NY without any taxes added?

i don't live in NY but i have a forward mail box there.back in the day i used to buy loads of stuff from amazon.com and they would ship it to my mail box without any taxes added but this changed last year when the judge OKed the amazon tax.

now i'm wondering which online store ships to NY without any tax added as it seems even apple.com does that.

SmallDog is a very reputable dealer that's been around for years. I've bought many things from them with zero issues.

Theoretically, most stores that doesn't have a presence in NY should ship there without charging tax. Larger stores, like Apple, have a presence in most states, so they charge tax wherever they ship.
