There's a huge number of temperatures that can be monitored using istat. So when people report their temperatures, typically which sensor's temp are they reporting? For example, I notice CPU Die - Digital is probably the highest temp.

The CPU and GPU are the two primary furnaces, so their temps are usually the highest. The specific readings may vary from one computer to another (not all models show the same sensors in iStat), but that should point you in the right direction.
