iPhone XR Which tower?

I like the new field service mode, but I still can't identify the tower I'm connector to.

This is my connection info:

Plmn_mcc 311
Plmn_mnc 480
Phy_cell_id 428
Dl_freq 5230
Dl_bm 50
Ul_bw 50
Rsrp0 -118
Rsrp1 -119
Sinr0 -2.0
Sinr1 -4.5
Dl_earfcn 66811

Every site I look at requires an LAC. And, none can ID a physical cell ID of 428.

What am I missing?
