Which unlock for 3Gs on 4.0.2 with 05.13.04 baseband

I have a 3Gs on 4.0.2 with 05.13.04 baseband but confused as to which software to use to unlock to any sim.

Any guidance would be great.

Install Ultrasnow through Cydia to unlock.

This is harder than i thought!

I have to jailbreak first i believe, so i've using redsnow (downloaded redsn0w 0.9.5 BETA, and downloaded iPhone1,2_4.0_8A293_Restore.ipsw ... in the hope that i can install Cydia.

But I keep getting "unable to recognise IPSW".

I've searched this problem and attempted to fix it but no luck.

Any suggestions or point me in the right direction on getting my 3GS jailbroken before unlocking would be appreciated.

Use limera1n to jailbreak it, then ultrasn0w to unlock it.
