Which usbc dock should I get?

I have a 14 mbp, a large 4K display, and an ultra wide display. I want Ethernet, both displays (if possible) and charging on one cable. A lot of the stations I see don’t say if they use displaylink instead of hardware or don’t support the ultrawide aspect ratio properly. My current travel dock is dying and I don’t know what I should consider getting. Any suggestions?

I wish there were something I could recommend, but unfortunately many of these USB-C docks are cheap garbage and it's not easy to find out which ones aren't. I have one that works reasonably well but it doesn't do all that you need and it runs rather hot, so I'm not sure how good it would be for prolonged use.
