Which used iPhone 4 (need to unlock)

I'm stuck with an iPhone 3GS on 4.3.3 BB 5.16.02 that I can't unlock without removing the GPS functionality.
I am now beginning the search for an IPhone 4 that I will be able to unlock and keep unlocked.
What do I need to look for? Baseband? serial number? Anything else?
