I am looking for an inexpensive (under $100) vcr that I can plug through my digital camcorder to input VHS footage and output movies to VHS from Final Cut.
I am getting overwhelmed with details as I explore the Sharp, sony, JVC, Panasonic models. Each seems to have a shortcoming with control track reader, remote, tapes sticking, etc.
My main concerns are quality recording and stable reliability. don't care about the TV recording features.
any recommendations out there?
