Getting a brand new iMac delivered soon . . . (i7 3.4ghz, 8gb ram)

On the VLC download page, there are 4 options to choose from:

> "32/64 bits Intel Mac, 1.1.11"
> "32 bits Intel Mac, 1.1.11"
> "64 bits Intel Mac, 1.1.11"
> "PowerPC Mac, 1.1.11"

Which one should I download on my new iMac?

Thanks

Well, you're iMac is most likely to be a 62 bit so you should probably download the 62 bit Intel version. Either that or the 32/62 bit one :p

None of the above. You should check out MPlayerX. The only thing VLC is better at is playing damaged of partially downloaded files.
