Which video card in a new Mac Pro?

Is the standard video card (GE Force 7300 GT) in a Mac Pro sufficient for some light gaming (World of Warcraft, Warcraft III, Sim City 4), editing home movies and creating dvds in iMovie/iDVD, watching movies, and just general hobbyist stuff?
