Which video card???

I hope to order a MacPro next week. I can’t decide which video card to get. I do mostly photoshop work and of course the usual surfing itunes etc. I also plan to load xp on a separate drive for MS flight similar X. I use a 23 Apple display and do not plan to add a second display. I am assuming for photoshop work the ATI card and the nvida card would perform the same but with flight simulator the nivida would be much better. Any opinions?

8800GT is a significantly better video card option.
