I have a Apple TV 4K 2021.
I am in India where the Video standard is PAL/50hz.
My TV is a 50” Plasma 1080p.
Considering that I watch content mostly on Netflix, Prime, YouTube & Disney/Hotstar, which would be the best setting - 1080p/50hz, or 1080/59.94hz, or 1080p/60hz?
I have enabled Match Frame Rate and Dynamic Range on the ATV.
My confusion arises because although I am in India where the Video standard is PAL/50Hz, I presume most of the content on the mentioned apps would be broadcast in either 1080p/59.94Hz or 1080p/60hz. Am I right? I am aware that Match Frame Rate & DR will override 1080p settings, but I believe some apps or some content would ignore the Match FR/DR settings. Hence my question.
Any helpful info would be welcome. Thanks in advance.
