while repairing permissions..... Leopard

After taking like 10 min doing so, I came with the following problem:

Started verify/repair permissions on disk disk0s2 Macintosh HD
Warning: SUID file "System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/ARDAgent" has been modified and will not be repaired
Permissions differ on "Library", should be drwxrwxr-t , they are drwxrwxrwt

Finished verify/repair permissions on disk disk0s2 Macintosh HD

What is the problem with that SUID file?
P.S: Found a solution, but I still want to know why is this file causing this problem.

I think everyone, who did Remote Desktop Client update from Software Update, is getting that . I wouldn't worry about it.
