Note there are a fan for older Macbooks, and also one for the SantaRose/Penryn models, which would be the newer ones. Looks like the smaller fan is for the older MacBooks, but you would need to check that out yourself.

Apple's part number for the fan in the Mid-2007 Macbook is 922-7887

You can also use Apple's part number to search for other sites that sell that same fan - but the iFixit one is not too bad for price, I think.
